Mr. Vieira joined GarMark in 2026, bringing experience in lower middle-market private credit and private equity investing. Previously, he was an Analyst at Star Mountain Capital, where he focused on underwriting and monitoring senior private credit and private equity investments across diversified industries. His experience includes debt financings and refinancings, minority and majority equity recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions, ESOPs, and distressed transactions. Mr. Vieira has worked across both drawdown and evergreen fund structures and has supported investments throughout the full hold period.
Mr. Vieira holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, with a concentration in Investment Analysis.
